• No cancellation free charges if booking cancelled 10 days in before check in date

• 25% charges if booking cancelled 7 days in before check in date

• 50% charges if booking cancelled 5 days in before check in date

• 100% charges if booking cancelled 3 days in before check in date

• Check out Time -11:00AM

• Early arrival before 12:00PM noon or a late departure beyond 11 AM will be free of charges for 2 hours, with prior notice to front desk subject to availability.

• Early arrival before 8:00 am will be charged at 3o% or late departure after 1 PM will be charged at 30% of the daily room rate and rooms are subject to availability.
