• 25% if cancelled 30 days in advance of check in date

• 50% if cancelled 15 days in advance of check in date

• 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled

• 100% if cancelled 7 days or later.

• In case of no show with no communication about cancellation full booking amount will be charged

• In case of dates change existing booking needs to be cancelled, see cancellation policy. Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.

• Payment will be non-refundable at festivals and Peak-Season.

• Check-in time: 12:00 noon

• Checkout time: 10:00 am

• Early arrival before 12:00 noon or a late departure beyond 10:30 am will be free of charges for 2 hours, with prior notice to front desk

• Early arrival before 8:00 am will be charged at 35% or late departure after 12:00 noon will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate and rooms are subject to availability.

• 100% Payment needed at the time of check-in.
